The data controller responsible for the personal information collected through the 5jl10 platform is the entity operating 5jl10.club, a platform authorized by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) to provide online gaming services within the Philippines.

Service Providers and Processors

Third-party companies engaged by 5jl10 to perform specific functions on our behalf, including payment processors (GCash/GCash Padala, Maya, BPI, BDO, and other Philippine banks), KYC verification service providers, IT infrastructure and hosting providers, fraud detection services, and customer support platform providers. These processors are contractually bound to process your data only on 5jl10's instructions and to maintain appropriate security measures.

Regulatory and Legal Authorities

PAGCOR and other Philippine government agencies, law enforcement bodies, courts, and regulatory authorities, where disclosure is required by applicable law, court order, or PAGCOR's regulatory directives. This includes reporting required under the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its amendments.

Game Providers

Game providers licensed to supply games to the 5jl10 platform (such as JILI Technology, Pragmatic Play, and PG Soft) may receive anonymized or pseudonymized session and technical data necessary for game delivery, RNG certification, and technical support. Personally identifiable information is not shared with game providers beyond what is technically required.

Business Transfers

The 5jl10 platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enable platform functionality, improve user experience, maintain session security, and analyze platform usage. The following types of cookies are used:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Required for the platform to function. These include session authentication cookies that keep you logged in and security tokens that protect against cross-site request forgery (CSRF). These cookies cannot be disabled without affecting platform functionality.
• Functional Cookies: Remember your preferences such as language settings, display options, and responsible gaming limit configurations. Disabling these may affect your experience but will not prevent access to the platform.

5jl10 does not knowingly collect personal information from persons under the age of 21. Age verification is performed as part of the registration process, and enhanced KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. If 5jl10 discovers that personal information has been collected from a person under 21, that account will be immediately closed, the data deleted, and any balance forfeited in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

If you are a parent or guardian and have reason to believe that a minor under your care has registered on the 5jl10 platform, please contact us immediately at support@5jl10.club so that we can take appropriate action.

5jl10's primary data processing operations are conducted within the Philippines. However, certain service providers engaged by 5jl10 — including game providers (JILI Technology, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft), payment network processors, and cloud infrastructure providers — may process or store data in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, 5jl10 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with the DPA and NPC requirements, including:

• Transfer to jurisdictions recognized by the NPC as providing adequate data protection;

Where changes to this Policy are material — meaning they affect the way we process your personal data in a manner that significantly impacts your rights or expectations — 5jl10 will notify you by in-platform notification, email to your registered address, or both, at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 5jl10 platform after the effective date of any updated Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a material change to this Policy, you should close your account before the change takes effect and contact support@5jl10.club to arrange withdrawal of your balance.
