5jl10 Terms & Conditions

As used in these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "5jl10" or "Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at 5jl10.club, including all games, services, promotions, and features accessible through a registered account.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration with 5jl10, which is used to access Platform services and manage funds.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any person who has registered and holds an active account on the 5jl10 platform.
• "Wallet" or "Balance" means the real-money Philippine Peso balance held in a Player's 5jl10 account, available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or bonus funds credited to a Player's account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the condition requiring a Player to wager a specified multiple of a bonus amount before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority that issues and oversees the license under which 5jl10 operates.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required of all Players before withdrawal processing and as required by Philippine AML regulations.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the 5jl10 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
2. You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity);
3. You are physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing and using the Platform;
4. You are not a resident or national of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
5. You are not an officer, director, employee, consultant, agent, or affiliate of 5jl10, nor are you an immediate family member of any such person;
6. You have not previously been excluded from the 5jl10 platform under a self-exclusion request or regulatory directive;
7. You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are registering solely for personal entertainment purposes;
8. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

Registration Information

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number or email address. You agree to promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate or outdated. 5jl10 reserves the right to verify registration information at any time and to suspend accounts where discrepancies are detected.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on the 5jl10 platform. The use of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the name, identity, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 5jl10 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any wager placed, deposit made, or action taken through your account while you are logged in will be treated as your own action, regardless of whether you authorized it.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 5jl10 customer support immediately via live chat or by email at support@5jl10.club. 5jl10 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, freeze the account pending investigation.

5jl10 reserves the right to perform enhanced identity verification ("KYC") at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or upon detection of unusual activity. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in temporary account suspension.

Deposits

All deposits to the 5jl10 platform are made in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmation of successful receipt by 5jl10's payment systems.

You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 5jl10 will reject deposits that cannot be attributed to the registered account holder and will return funds to the source payment method where technically possible.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account KYC verification must be completed; (b) any active bonus wagering requirements applicable to the funds being withdrawn must be satisfied; (c) the minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 5jl10 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for standard GCash withdrawals on verified accounts, subject to payment network availability.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. 5jl10 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or for accounts that have not previously completed enhanced verification.

5jl10 does not charge fees on standard withdrawal amounts. However, certain payment providers may apply their own network or transaction fees, which are outside 5jl10's control.

5jl10 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins events. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion, including minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, eligible game types, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry dates.

Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 5jl10 promotional offers:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Only real-money balance may be withdrawn; bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is satisfied.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion.
• Maximum winnings derived from free spins or no-deposit bonuses may be capped at an amount specified in the promotion terms.
• Certain high-RTP games or game types may be restricted from contributing to wagering requirements — this will be specified per promotion.
• 5jl10 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time.

All games available on the 5jl10 platform — including slot games, live dealer table games, bingo, virtual sabong, and all other casino-type games — are governed by the rules of the respective game provider in addition to these Terms. In case of conflict, the game provider's rules prevail with respect to the mechanics of the game itself, while these Terms govern account management, financial transactions, and player obligations.

5jl10 uses only certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games. All RNG certification is obtained from independent third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages and volatility ratings for slot games are published in the game information panel within the 5jl10 lobby.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or any other error that interrupts an active game session, the session outcome may be voided and the wagered amount returned to your balance, at 5jl10's discretion. In all cases of dispute regarding game outcomes, 5jl10's server-side game logs constitute the definitive record and take precedence over any client-side display.

The 5jl10 sportsbook covers a range of sports and esports events including but not limited to PBA, NBA, football (EPL, La Liga, Serie A), UFC, boxing, volleyball (PVL, UAAP), and esports (Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, Dota 2, CS:GO, Valorant). All sports wagers are subject to the following conditions:

• Odds are quoted in decimal format. The minimum sports wager is ₱20.
• Bets placed after an event has begun — other than designated in-play markets — are void and the stake is returned.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, all single-event bets on that match are void unless the match is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time.
• Obvious errors in the display of odds — including prices that are clearly the result of a technical glitch rather than a genuine market — may be voided by 5jl10 at its sole discretion, and the wagered amount returned to the player's balance.
• 5jl10 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or series of related bets. Maximum payout limits are displayed within the sportsbook interface.
• Parlay and accumulator bets are subject to a maximum combined odds limit as specified in the sportsbook interface at the time of bet placement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5jl10 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement authorities:

1. Registering an account using false, incomplete, or third-party identity information;
2. Creating or operating multiple accounts, whether under your own identity or a false identity;
3. Accessing the 5jl10 platform using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players;
4. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games for financial gain — any amounts won through such exploitation will be voided;
5. Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, whether in live casino games or competitive formats;
6. Using the 5jl10 platform in connection with any money laundering, financial fraud, or other criminal activity;
7. Engaging in "chip dumping," coordinated bonus abuse, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit promotional offers beyond their intended purpose;
8. Engaging in chargebacks or disputed payment reversals in bad faith after having received gaming services;
9. Using the 5jl10 platform in any manner that violates applicable Philippine law, PAGCOR regulations, or these Terms.

5jl10 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to complying fully with PAGCOR's player protection requirements. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players within the 5jl10 account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is suspended for the relevant period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play session duration, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Check Reminders: Configure periodic in-session notifications displaying your current session duration and net balance movement.
• Temporary Break (Cool-Off): Suspend your account for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, you may not log in, deposit, or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 5jl10 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

Players under the age of 21 are prohibited from using the 5jl10 platform. 5jl10 supports parental controls and recommends that any device accessible to minors be configured with appropriate content filtering tools.

All content on the 5jl10 platform — including the 5jl10 name, logo, website design, graphical elements, software, game content, and promotional materials — is the property of 5jl10 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 5jl10 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the 5jl10 platform without the prior written consent of 5jl10.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 5jl10 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the 5jl10 platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, or damages arising from service interruptions, game technical errors, or unauthorized account access.

5jl10's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

5jl10 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously without interruption, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily restrict access to some or all platform features.

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by 5jl10 is governed by the 5jl10 Privacy Policy, available at 5jl10.club/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

5jl10 processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Player data may be shared with PAGCOR and other regulatory or law enforcement bodies as required by law.

5jl10 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• Receipt of a directive from PAGCOR or any other competent authority;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (dormant account policy applies);
• Detection of a duplicate account associated with your identity.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including real-money balance and bonus balance — may be forfeited at 5jl10's discretion. Where closure is not due to a breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method following completion of KYC.

You may close your 5jl10 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Any remaining verified real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with Section 4.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Republic Act No. 9487 (PAGCOR Charter) and its amendments, and the implementing regulations promulgated by PAGCOR.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the 5jl10 platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 5jl10 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Dispute Resolution mechanism or to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

5jl10 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect player rights, financial obligations, or prohibited conduct provisions — 5jl10 will provide notice of the changes at least seven (7) days before they take effect, either by in-platform notification, email to the registered address, or both.

Your continued use of the 5jl10 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
